We would like to inform you that specialized exhibition will take place during the Conference
"Molecular diagnostic - 2010" (the 24-26th of November, 2010, Moscow, Cosmos Hotel).

There are directions of the Exhibition:

  • Innovations in sphere of diagnostic and treatment of infectious illnesses of human and animals;
  • New products: laboratorial equipment, consumables, test-systems etc.;
  • Innovative technologies in sphere of control for infectious safety, food safety, animal fodders safety;
  • New drugs for treatment and prophylaxis of infectious illnesses;
  • New solutions for scientific researches in molecular biology and genetics.

Among participants there are management and the leading specialists of medical institutions of federal and regional statuses infectious hospitals, AIDS Centers, Blood Services, Centers of hygiene and epidemiology, clinic diagnostic laboratories, scientific institutes, dermatovenerologic dispensaries, etc.

According experience of previous Conferences and results of registration of this year we expect that the exhibition will be visited by more than 1500 participants.

 

RULES and ORDER of PARTICIPATION in the EXHIBITION for EXHIBITORS:

Work period of exhibition "Molecular Diagnostic": 24th 26th of November, 2010

Assembly:23d of November, 2010 from 09:00 to 14:00
Installation of equipment by Exhibitors:23d of November, 2010 from 14:00 to 20:00
Official opening:23d of November, 2010 at 13:00
Work hours of the exhibition:24th 25th of November, 2010 from 10:00 to 19:00
 26th of November, 2010 from 10:00 to 17:00
Removal of equipment and disassembling:26th of November, 2010 from 17:00 to 20:00

For participation in the exhibition you should send to Organizational Committee a CLAIM TO PARTICIPATION with index of package of participation, choosing all services you need and sign of General manager and stamp. After receiving the Claim to participation we make registration of it and book a booth for your Company (official booking of exhibition booth).

Organizational Committee is preparing a Contract for Exhibition Participation only after getting the confirmed claim.

Minimal booth square is 6 sq.m.

Variants of participation in the Exhibition:

  1. Official Sponsor (12 sq.m. booth plus advertising opportunities);
  2. Section sponsor (10 sq.m. booth plus advertising opportunities);
  3. Exhibitor (6 sq.m. booth plus advertising opportunities);
  4. Special exhibitor (only for participation on booth of Official sponsor or Section Sponsor);;
  5. Co-exhibitor (only for participation on booth of Official sponsor or Section Sponsor);
  6. Absence / correspondence participation;
  7. Placement of information in Conference materials (ads in official books of the Conference);
  8. Placement of banner in Foyer of the Exhibition;
  9. Placement of banner in Conference Hall;
  10. Placement of information on site www.md2010.org (logo & information about company).

Also any participant has an opportunity to organize special reports in scientific program with Satellite Symposium in separated hall. Time of satellite symposium 45 min. All participants who bought package "Satellite Symposium" has an opportunity to place mobile booth in the hall there Satellite symposium is took place.
